Our Services

Our in-home care services are professional, fun and friendly. When you’re away you can be assured of our reliability and dedication to your animals’ needs, and that the arrangements we’ve agreed to are met. Our care plan focuses on reducing your pets’ stress and anxiety often triggered simply by your absence. Acting as their second family we will ensure a regular visitation schedule to your home and do our upmost to maintain companionship, consistency and their familiar routine. We will work with you to define a schedule and care plan that can include:

  • Feeding

  • Walking

  • Fun activities such as ball throwing and hide and seek

  • Administering medications

  • Enrichment activities to reduce boredom and stress

  • Cleaning and tidying - animal enclosures, bedding and environments

  • Safety assessment in accordance with RSPCA NSW guidance

  • Regular owner communications including photos





Basic Health Assessment

During our visits, we observe your animals for signs of stress, anxiety, illness or injury and we notify you immediately with recommended actions.





Safe Transport

We have specialised pet transport that is safe, secure, roomy and air conditioned. If your pet needs to be transported while you’re away, we can arrange that ! (charges apply).





Environment Safety

As part of our daily checks, we monitor environmental conditions that could impact your animals’ welfare. Where adverse conditions are expected or present, we will apply our experience and discretion and temporarily adapt caring needs as necessary. Our daily checks include:

  • Extreme Weather - excessive heat, excessive cold, significant rain, storm activity, hail, snow

  • Air Quality - we assess pollutant indexes, smoke, pollen and other allergens

  • Fire Awareness - we observe active fire zones, bush fire smoke hazards and emergency services bulletins

  • Living Quarters - we ensure enclosures and living environments are clean, dry, safe and secure and that clean water and food is available





Veterinary Attention

If we think your animal requires specialist care we will communicate this to you immediately and if necessary coordinate transport (charges apply):

  • If you’ve advised us of your preferred vet, we will prioritise that location

  • If you have not advised us, we will coordinate transport to a vet recommended by us, with your approval
